The staff here at the SPCA of Northeastern North Carolina want to help you keep your pet in your home. Here we've provided resources to help keep you animal from coming to the shelter. If there's something you're having trouble with that cannot be found here, please contact us and we would be happy to explore resources to keep your pet in the home with you.
